Shipping policy

At Sireen, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances to your doorstep quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, we will inform you in case of any delivery restrictions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
During high-volume periods or special sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Please note: Delays due to weather, courier issues, or local restrictions are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Charges: ₹49 on orders below ₹699
Free Shipping on orders above ₹699
(Subject to change during promotional offers)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

6. Packaging

All perfumes are packed securely using bubble wrap and protective material to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If undelivered due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

8. Order Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the status update. We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
